About me

I am a Caribbean woman, executive coach, and organizational change strategist who has lived the very challenges I now help leaders navigate. For years, I moved through corporate spaces where my intellect was questioned, my clarity was labeled “threatening,” and my ambition was misinterpreted as aggression. These experiences revealed how deeply women of colour, especially Black and Caribbean women, are misunderstood in leadership environments.

One moment, in particular, reshaped everything; A fellow woman in leadership told me I did not deserve my senior title. In that instant, I recognized not only her deep insecurity, but also how much of myself I had muted in order to fit into rooms that were never built with women like me in mind. That clarity led me back to myself, and eventually to the work I do today.

My leadership approach is grounded in emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, and the belief that meaningful change requires tending to the roots before expecting the bloom. After experiencing three cycles of burnout and healing my way through them, I am committed to supporting women leaders through their own transitions including: navigating perimenopause, rebuilding confidence, strengthening their leadership identity, and reclaiming a grounded sense of self.

I coach executives, women leaders, and early-career professionals who want to lead with authenticity instead of performance, intentionality instead of overextension, and courage instead of emotional suppression. My clients leave with a clarified leadership style, a strategic leadership design plan, and the confidence to make braver decisions, set boundaries, and realign their careers with purpose.

Alongside my coaching work, I bring over 17 years of expertise in public health, organizational behavior, psychosocial risk management, and change leadership. I partner with companies navigating cultural transformation, workplace dysfunction, managerial capability gaps, and the growing emotional demands placed on modern leaders.

I support organizations in strengthening:

  • Leadership development and performance capacity

  • Cultural and organizational change readiness

  • Behavioral and psychosocial risk management

  • Team culture, communication, and psychological safety

  • Managerial emotional and cultural intelligence

  • Burnout prevention and workforce well-being

My consulting practice is rooted in the understanding that leadership is both personal and systemic, and that sustainable organizational change requires honoring the humanity of the people inside it.

At the center of my philosophy is a Caribbean truth: to bloom, you must tend to the roots.
I am dedicated to walking alongside women and organizations as they move through change, creating spaces where leaders feel safe, culturally affirmed, and fully equipped to lead with clarity, integrity, and impact.

This is my service to you.
